FOUR SEASONS
Rethinking luxury for the whole family — beyond kids’ clubs and forgotten teens.
Janet T. Planet partnered with Four Seasons to reimagine what high-end family vacations could be — moving past the traditional “kids’ club” model to create emotionally resonant experiences for every member of the family.
Typically, luxury resorts offer limited programming for young children, with tweens and teens often overlooked entirely. Janet led the development of a new experiential framework that included distinct venues and curated programming for kids, tweens, and teens — each designed to spark autonomy, discovery, and joy.
Her work also extended to multigenerational connection. Janet crafted compelling evening activities for the entire family, many of which took advantage of the resort’s natural surroundings in Puerto Rico, blending luxury with adventure, storytelling, and shared memory-making.
The resulting strategy offered a bold evolution of what “family-friendly luxury” could mean — honoring the needs of each age group while giving families rich new stories to tell.
