As Head of Ideas at the world-renowned innovation consultancy Fahrenheit 212, Janet T. Planet led the “Magic” side of the firm’s famed Money + Magic methodology — bringing creative firepower to business challenges across industries.

Janet was responsible for shaping and mentoring a cross-disciplinary team of 20+ “magicians” — including designers, writers, architects, artists, entrepreneurs, and experience creators. She championed a studio culture where rigor met imagination, investing deeply in the growth of both individuals and collective capability.

She also remained hands-on with client work, creating breakthrough strategies and innovation roadmaps for powerhouse brands including Samsung, Volcom, Tyson, Kaiser Permanente, Nestlé, Purina, Panda Express, Mondelez, Revlon, Diageo, The Honest Company, and Honda — the latter resulting in a design patent awarded in her name.

During her tenure, Fahrenheit 212 was selected as the lead innovation partner for several billion-dollar ventures, including the full onboard experience for Virgin Voyages.
